"After gettiñg 3 outlandish quotes, for my dying boiler, I found Ray. His quote was realistiic and this was based on him taking apart my boiler for 2 hours to have a look at it. The others guys who quoted spent less than five minutes. After agreeing a deal, Ray arrived bang on the button a day later and cracked on with what was a awkward job. He left the place spotless, gave me more info than I needed and the boiler he installed was efficient and value for money. I can't rate his honesty and customer service enough……and yes, I had to go out for an hour and a half too, so Ray looked after the house (and cat!). This is the guy we are all looking for; the one who won't blag you or do a rubbish job. He'll be servicing my boiler and also quoting for all the odd jobs that need doing. He replaced rotten pipe work, completed the relevant rendering and to be honest just put me at ease.
