Our boiler had been making some awful banging noises. Ray came to service the boiler the day after calling him. He arrived in good time and was polite and professional. Initially, it was thought that maybe it was just the pump that needed replacing but many other things became apparent and unfortunately the boiler needed replacing. He offered competitive quotes for 2 different boilers and was able to return the next morning when he spent the good part of 5 hours fitting this. The job was thorough and top-notch. I will be calling him for any other jobs in the future!
