Ray turned up very quickly when I phoned about water coming into my kitchen. He immediately identified the problem, sorted it and explained to me why it had happened. Just as he was finishing he got another emergency call and immediately raced off to help the next customer. He was prompt, polite, professional and helpful. Will definitely use him again if I need work done.
