Mr Williams has the technical expertise to service a Vitodens 050-W gas condensing boiler. He was punctual, the job was carried out in good time, and he left the work area spotless. He was inclusive, giving me a few tips to enhance the boiler's performance. I thoroughly recommend him - eleven out of ten!
