We were very concerned about the problem as it was in the ceiling of our Kitchen. The water had been gushing out of the light socket. We switched the water off as soon as the burst occurred however that left us without water and the means of heating our house. We did try several other plumbers before we came across Ray and they either didn’t respond or were busy. Ray answered promptly and was with us within the hour. He quickly located the problem, dealt with the affected area of piping. It might sound dramatic but we felt he had saved our Christmas and no problems with the fee charged as well
