"Ray recently dealt with a leak in our hot water system. He arrived within an hour of my call and diagnosed and repaired it within the day. He had to investigate under floorboards, take out part of a tiled floor and a small section of wall to identify the problem. He did minimum damage and left the whole area clean and tidy. He was communicative and clear about the issue and progress throughout. Since then He has also serviced my gas boiler. He arrived on time, was quick and efficient and explained what he had done. He completed the service log and and left performance readings he had taken. I was very happy with all aspects of the work carried out including the reasonable price he charged."
